What these terms cover

These terms apply when you use the free tools of protoship.dev: the website, the API and the MCP server at mcp.protoship.dev, also through an AI agent acting for you.

A Finish my build request is not an order. A contract for Finish my build only comes about when you accept the fixed-price offer we send you; that offer states its own terms.

Your files

Only send or link files you may share. You let us store and process them as far as needed to run the tools and answer your request.

Changes and access

We may change, limit or end the free tools, or block access, at any time.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the Product Liability Act and to the extent of a guarantee we gave. For slightly negligent breach of a duty that makes the proper use of our services possible in the first place and on which you may regularly rely, our liability is limited to the damage that was foreseeable and typical when you used the service. Otherwise we are not liable for slight negligence. This also applies to our vicarious agents.

Law

If you act as a business, German law applies.
